About

Building has never been easier. Being known has never been harder.

Ian Teh, Founder

I'm Ian Teh, the founder of Prosperum. I've worn a lot of hats: business development for everyone from small businesses to large enterprises, work across the public sector, my own agency, and enough speaking gigs to have sat across from people in every walk of life.

Every one of those rooms taught me the same lesson. We live in an era where anyone can build a product, a service, an app. Almost nobody gets found. Silicon Valley loves to say a great product sells itself. Maybe. But people have to know it exists first.

So Prosperum does the part most businesses put off: marketing and sales. Not the cart before the horse, the thing that pulls it. Better quality enquiries. More sales. A better way to serve the customers you win, and customers who stay with you longer.

For local service businesses, that means we carry the marketing and sales load while you focus on delivering great work. You already have enough running.

For consultants, coaches, creators, and experts, it means turning what you know into an asset that sells. Real products, real systems. Not another month of posting and hoping the algorithm is kind.

And Prosperum isn't a one-man show. Behind the founder is a team that excels in marketing, automations, software development, and process optimisation. Video stays my department: I show up in our videos the same way we ask clients to show up in theirs.

In the work

Real calls, real rooms, real clients.

Strategy calls, coffee catch-ups and workshops with the people we work with: local service businesses, consultants, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, software agencies and plenty more.
