Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 July 2026
Prosperum Digital Pty Ltd (“Prosperum,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing, advertising, and growth-partnership services to businesses across Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit this website, book a call, or work with us. We handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of this site:
- Booking and enquiry details: when you book a call or submit a form, this information is captured through our booking and CRM platform, GoHighLevel. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your business or enquiry.
- Website analytics: where enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may collect device information, pages viewed, referral source, and general location (derived from IP address), and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
- Communications: records of emails, calls, and messages exchanged with us in the course of a booked consultation or ongoing engagement.
How we use it
We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- respond to enquiries and schedule consultations;
- deliver the advertising and growth-partnership services you engage us for;
- send booking confirmations, reminders, and related follow-up communications;
- measure and improve the performance of this website and our advertising campaigns;
- meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever. We may disclose information to trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as GoHighLevel (CRM and booking), Meta (advertising analytics), and Google (analytics), solely for the purposes described above, and only to the extent each provider needs to perform its function. Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside Australia; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate standard of protection.
We will only disclose information to any other party if required by law, or with your consent.
Cookies and tracking
This site may use the Meta Pixel and GA4 only where those tools are actively configured. If enabled, they allow us to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, and to build audiences for advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s official browser add-on.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law.
Access, correction, and deletion
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request that we delete it. To make a request, or if you have any question or concern about how your information is handled, contact us at ian@prosperumdigital.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
